Lemieux Law

Estate Planning & Elder Law Firm

Attorney G. Paul Lemieux has been concentrating his practice in elder law for close to a decade, narrowing his expertise in the areas of guardianship, estate planning, long-term care planning, and probate. Helping clients navigate through challenging life events and supporting them through an unfamiliar and oftentimes overwhelming process is what Paul focuses on. His ability to advocate for his clients and help with their legal burdens and concerns is something he takes pride in doing.

Paul’s extensive knowledge in estate planning and long-term care helps clients minimize their risk in the future, alleviating the stress of the unknown by planning and execution. In contested probate matters and guardianships, it is essential to have an attorney with the knowledge and experience you can trust. His services not only provide clients with valuable information and insight, he also stays up to date and familiar with the constantly changing laws and guidelines and enjoys meeting specific challenges.

Aside from his knowledge and experience, Paul cares about his clients. Their legal concerns are his concerns, and he strives to mitigate their stresses and support them so that they can focus on their own needs and the needs of their families.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2008 from the University of Central Florida. He then attended Barry University School of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2012. After working for several years in an elder law practice, Paul recently established his own law practice here in Brevard County, Florida.

Paul is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as well as the Brevard Bar Foundation where he serves as President. He is married and has a beautiful baby girl.
